Shipping Info: I aim to ship items within 5 days of purchase.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail first class delivery, and should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's International Standard service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

Please note that any items that are dispatched using 1st class unregistered mail are not insured while in transit. I cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue.
Return Policy: I do not accept returns of download products, but I offer a returns policy on all physical items (e.g. vinyl, CD, merchandise).

I hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it, in as-new condition, within 14 days of the date you received the item. I will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.
